Eagle Heights Wildlife Foundation does not collect your data for the purposes of receiving updates about us or for information to be sent to you by ourselves or any third parties.

We put updates on our website and on our Facebook Page.

Information we do collect from you is as follows: -

• Address
• Telephone numbers
• Email

The only collection of this material is when you supply it to us yourself.

The reason we will collect this information is for purchase of Vouchers, Sponsorship of an animal and Season Tickets. These vouchers and sponsorships are valid for 12 months and your details will be destroyed after the expiry. The information for your purchase is only kept for reasons of proof of purchase by you in the event you lose your voucher.

Retaining your data

We will only retain your information for as long as is reasonably necessary in relation to the products you have purchased (and in accordance with applicable law)

If we wished to use your data for any other purpose, we would contact you and obtain your consent.

All feedback is obtained from Trip Advisor and other platforms. Feedback forms at the Foundation are anonymous.

We take CCTV footage of the public that visit, and this is solely for health and safety, prevention of crime and safeguarding duties.

In some circumstances it may be necessary to disclose your information to our insurers, we would in this instance contact you first.
