• Entrance will be granted upon presentation of valid E-Voucher either printed or on your mobile device
• Admission Vouchers are not valid for experience days or animal interaction
• Both flying displays are included with any Admission Ticket
• Ticket Holders that require a carer are welcome to bring 1 person free of charge upon presentation of relevant documentation – DLA for a child or PIP for an adult
• Admission Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be swapped or exchanged for cash or used in the Gift Shop or Tearooms
• Vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the day of purchase
