Everyone's Welcome at Eagle Heights

Accessibility

As a neurodiverse, family-run wildlife sanctuary, we’re uniquely positioned to understand and welcome visitors of all needs. Our team takes pride in creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can experience the magic of wildlife at their own pace. With autism-trained staff and sensory-conscious facilities, we ensure every visit is comfortable, understanding, and memorable.

Our commitment to accessibility runs deep within our family values and organisational culture. We recognise that every visitor experiences the world differently, and we’ve designed our sanctuary to accommodate these diverse needs whilst maintaining the authentic wildlife experience that makes Eagle Heights special. Our staff undergo comprehensive autism awareness training, enabling them to recognise when visitors might need additional support, space, or alternative approaches to engagement.

Access around the site

Our intimate setting offers a uniquely manageable experience, perfect for visitors who prefer a calmer, more navigable environment over larger, bustling attractions. We’ve designed our centre with accessibility in mind:

Please note: As a countryside attraction, some paths may be uneven or weather-affected during winter months. We recommend checking conditions before your visit during wet weather.
