We know planning your visit to Eagle Heights can bring up quite a few questions – and that’s perfectly normal! Whether you’re wondering about our feathered friends, planning an unforgettable animal experience, or simply want to know what to expect during your day with us, we’ve gathered the most common queries from our visitors right here. Q: When are you open?

A: We’re open:

  • Summer (1st April – 30th September): Daily, 11am to 5pm
  • Winter (1st October – 31st March): Friday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm

A: We have daily displays at:

  • 12 noon (year-round)
  • 3:30pm (summer season only)

A: Our 2025 admission prices are:

  • Adults: £14.95
  • Children (3-14 years): £10.95
  • Seniors (65+): £12.95
  • Carers: Free entry with valid documentation

A: Yes! Our 2025 annual passes offer excellent value:

  • Adults: £37.95
  • Children: £25.95
  • Concessions: £32.95
  • Carers: Free with evidence

A: No. We are unable to admit anyone into the centre unless they have a valid entry or experience ticket. This does include our Tearoom & Toilet facilities.

A: Most visitors spend 2-3 hours exploring our foundation, watching flying displays, and viewing our animals.

A: No, we do not allow dogs or other pets on site. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our resident animals, including our birds of prey, meerkats, and other wildlife.

A: Yes, we have a free car park

  • Alpaca Trek (16+): Trek with our alpacas
  • Afternoon Tea Experience (18+): Traditional tea service with your visit

A: Yes, our tearoom offers vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and halal options.

A: Yes, we have wheelchair access throughout the site and offer wheelchair hire (please book in advance and bring ID).

A: Yes, we are proud to be an autism-friendly venue:

  • Our staff are trained in autism awareness
  • We can provide quiet spaces when needed

A: Yes! We:

  • Have an Auditorium that can be used in bad weather

  • By Car: 5 minutes from M25 Swanley Interchange (use postcode DA4 0JA for sat-nav)
  • By Train: 1.4-mile walk from Eynsford train station. Our local taxi driver, Carol, is happy to assist with transport to/from Eynsford station. Please contact her on 07759 759 340 to pre-book your journey.
