Participants must have full physical and mental fitness.
14 days notice is required for date changes and cancellations. *See Below
Activities may be subject to change at short notice due to operational or welfare factors.
Most activities are weather dependant so please bare this in mind before you make your purchase.
You MUST bring your voucher with you on the day of your experience.
Failure to produce a valid, in-date voucher may result in the loss of your experience.*A re-booking can be made if cancellation is due to:-
- The illness, injury or death of the participant or a close relative
- If the participant is summoned to witness attendance in court
- For HM Forces duties
Claims must usually be made in advance, and we will require official countersigned evidence supporting the nature of the claim.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with reciept within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
This does not affect your legal rights.
